Service Areas

Honolulu is the center of our service area, from the Manoa valley and Kaimuki to Kahala and Hawaii Kai, and we work across the rest of Oahu, including Kailua, Kaneohe and Waimanalo on the windward side; Aiea, Pearl City, Waipahu, Ewa Beach, Kapolei, Makakilo and Waianae to the west; Mililani and Wahiawa in central Oahu; and Haleiwa on the North Shore. Conditions change a lot in a short drive. Leeward neighborhoods are dry and sunny, so UV and heat drive the choice of boards and finish. Windward towns face the northeast trades head-on and get more rain, so ventilation under the deck and wind load on covers matter more. Valley and ridge homes often need raised decks on tall posts, and oceanfront homes need hardware chosen for salt spray. Every town on the island falls under the City and County of Honolulu, so the same DPP permit process applies wherever you are. The area pages go into the details for each neighborhood and town.
